I’m frustrated

For the Pringles Pin Code What do you do if it Won't Enter?

I am trying to enter pin codes for the pringles you don't just eat em contest and they will not enter

    i can't enter mine either the pins are correct but nothing happens when i click enter?

    • ok i just entered 2 different codes and yes they both start with pwm7 and neither one of them worked!! and yes I am entering them in the right contest! now happy as it seems like I am not the only one this is happening to! is this just a gimmik to get people to buy your product??

  • Telling me "sorry , that code is invalid". Code starts with pwm7. Tried many times. I am sure it is correct. What is wrong.

    Peggy, I'm with you. This is a gimmick and won't be buying this product anymore. Hmmm, let me see. Let me check some things. Yes, I am using a computer and not entering the PIN on my telephone dial pad! Gees, do I have the right contest? Win a Mini. Yikes, too many letters, WIN A MINI, got it, wait maybe not. Okay, I see a Mini on the pringles.ca website, yes, this has to be it. Login is not working. Okay, lets's try "forgot password". Yes, works, they are sending me an e-mail. Yay, I have the e-mail. Click the link. Pretty sure I just need to click it and d'oh...I must have done something wrong. I get a 404 Error page. Let's try setting up a new account. Success. Enter the PIN! Yes, it says "Pin Code Entered!
    Yep, that's a PIN code all right. Keep going!"
    Oh no! It says continue but clicking the button does nothing. It's not going anywhere. Let's check with the Kellogg's people because the system works and it must be my computer! Firefox, Chrome, Safari...all the same, no movement. Maybe the Kellogg's people can tell me what I am doing wrong. Maybe I'm doing the wrong chant while entering the info. Oh well, I'm sure I won the car but the system does not want to admit it. Perhaps the customer will just throw out the PIN code in sheer frustration. Wait, maybe the customer will pursue this elsewhere. Check with Kellogg's legal and IT. IT's on break but they say there is nothing wrong with the system. Coincidentally, the people entering PINS have issues with their computers.

    • I understand your comments about the PIN code and this would be assuming that it is in your system and associated with my account. I have reached a point with one of the PINS where your system has accepted the PIN and attested to its validity and your site implores me to keep going but when I press the "continue" button, nothing happens. What do I do now? How do I check my PIN?
