Hi, Isabelle, thanks for posting. To reset steps, distance, calories, active minutes, and speed: press and hold ‘mode’ button until screen flashes ‘reset’. Steps will show ‘0’. When resetting steps, all fields will reset except for clock.

If issues remain, you can reset tracker by shutting off the device and rebooting. To turn off: press ‘set’ and ‘up’ buttons at the same time until screen is blank. All data is reset when device is switched on again.

Should you have additional questions, please feel free to reach out to us here. We’re happy to help! Thank you for being a member of Kellogg Community!

  • Ok, thanks. Just one last question : how do you start/pause the timer? I have reset the timer but it won't start...

Oh and also, does the activity tracker turn off itself, do I have to do it, or does it always stay on? And if it turns off, is there a combination of the three buttons that I have to do? Or is it a special button (1 of the 3) that you hold for a number of seconds???

    Thank you very much,
    I appreciate it! ;)

Thanks for following up with us, Isabelle. We hope the following information is helpful!

To reset steps, distance, calories, active minutes, and speed: press and hold ‘mode’ button until screen
flashes ‘reset’. Steps will show ‘0’
When resetting steps, all fields will reset except for clock

To start steps, distance, calories, active minutes, and speed: hold ‘up’ button for 3 seconds until the word
‘steps’ is flashing. The word ‘steps’ flashing indicates counter is on
‘Steps’ will flash on clock and steps screen to indicate counter is active

To pause steps, distance, calories, active minutes, and speed: press and hold ‘up’ button for 3 seconds,
until the word ‘steps’ stops flashing. If the word ‘steps’ is static, this indicates the counter is paused
‘Steps’ will appear static on clock and steps screen to indicate counter is inactive

  • Thanks for answering to me! Even if I follow those directions (the steps you wrote to me & that were in the instructions) the timer doesn't start, but later if I go on it, it will show that the timer was going on, for ex. : I try to start the timer, it doesn't start, an hour later, it shows a number (that the timer was timing something) but now the problem is, how did it start and how to stop it.

    Thanks!

  • How do you turn it on and off? When I turn it off following the instructions, I have to re enter the time, date and my height and weight. Is there another way to turn it on and off ? Also, are the calories counted based on steps only? If I wore it bike riding or another activity, does it still accurately figure out calories? Thanks
