Kellogs' All Bran Flakes

Do Kellogs' All Bran Flakes contain any GMO products? I understand that the main ingredient is wheat and I've read here that wheat is not a GMO product. However, I am concerned and want to know if any of the ingredients in this cereal are GMO?

Hi, Patricia, thank you for letting us know how you feel. Our All-Bran* Bran Flakes cereal is not Non-GMO Project Verified. The corn used for our cereal is derived from seeds that have been genetically modified, which is 97 percent of the commonly available type of food corn grown in the U.S. and Canada. The wheat and rice used by Kellogg's are Non-GMO Project Verified, as those crops do not have commercially available GMO seeds for selection by farmers. Your comments, along with the latest research and science, are reviewed to make improvements to existing foods and create new ones which we hope will fit your preferences. The time you’ve taken to express your thoughts is truly appreciated.

We invite you to try any of our Kashi* Non-GMO Project Verified cereals. More information can be found here, we hope you’ll take a look!
