Never Received My Activity Tracker

Ivy I have not received my tracker that you stated shipped out January 7th we are now on week 9 and I still don't have it? can you please send me a tracking number and Carrier so I can track it myself as I work for a freight management company and have tons of contacts with Fedex UPS Canada post and other such companies
