Hi, Warren. Thanks for posting! We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused you. Please be assured I’ll share your experience with those on the team.

Web browsers often use a cache, or other storage system, to store secure content and speed up webpage uploads. This cache can sometimes become unusable and cause difficulties with your internet browsing. Clearing the cache and browser history often solves many technical errors and allows for correct website display. To clear your cache, select the "Help" option on your browser menu bar and search for the topic "Clearing Cache" or "Clearing History." For links to the 'Help pages' of some of the more popular browsers, please visit our Community post at:

Although you’ve tried Mozilla Firefox, we have also found Google Chrome to work well with our websites. All browser developers program slight differences into the software which makes having a backup browser a valuable tool on any system.

We hope you find this information helpful. Thank you again for sharing your experience with us!
